Sivelio Spa respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal and other user data is collected, used, protected, and deleted when you use Sivelio services.
We use this information to provide and manage bookings, authenticate and manage accounts, provide customer-to-therapist communication, support appointment and service records, send service notifications and confirmations, process appointment payments, manage therapist payouts, and operate and secure Sivelio services.
Customer appointment payments are processed securely by Stripe. Sivelio does not receive or store full credit or debit card details. We may retain booking and payment status or purchase history associated with an appointment. Therapist payout details, such as bank or e-wallet account information, may be stored and processed separately for the purpose of administering therapist payouts.
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers such as Firebase/Google, Render, Stripe, and Resend to provide authentication, database, hosting, payment, notification, and email services. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Sivelio.
Therapist-facing live-location features may process a therapist's location only when the therapist enables the feature and grants location permission. The Sivelio customer Android app does not require a customer's device location to make a booking.
Sivelio uses secure network connections, including HTTPS/TLS, to protect data while it is transmitted.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet legitimate legal, security, and operational requirements.
Users may request deletion of their Sivelio account and associated personal data through our Data and Account Deletion page. Certain records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
