If you want your Sivelio Spa account and associated personal data deleted, send a deletion request to:

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You may also request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your entire Sivelio Spa account. In your email, please state which data you want deleted, such as profile information, booking-related data, chat messages, or other user-generated content. We will delete eligible data where legally permitted.

What will be deleted

• Your Sivelio Spa account, where applicable
• Associated account and profile information
• Personal details such as name, email, phone number, and address
• Career application information
• Associated booking and user-generated data where legally permitted

Retention

Some data may be kept for up to 30 days for legal and security reasons.
